Each of our private stations features an authentic barber chair and personal flat screen TV. Don’t worry about bringing your little guys. This is a family shop; we keep it clean. Our six-point standard service includes a precision haircut, relaxing shampoo, cooling conditioner, a soothing hot towel facial, eyebrows and mustache trim and finish up with an old-fashioned shoulder massage. I showed the woman the picture that I wanted my hair to look like (a mullet type haircut where it is long in the back). She responded by saying “your hair isn’t long enough for that” (In a pretty rude tone). I then said “I know, I just want what I have now but trimmed up a little bit, because I already had the haircut set up with the right portions, I just needed to let it grow. She then proceeded to cut off almost all of the length that I had in the back, which was a good 4 months worth of growth. I am extremely disappointed and quite frankly angry with my experience at this location. I have been to other locations and never had any problems at all. The first image included below was the reference, the second is my hair before the haircut and the third is the terrible result of this establishment.

There was a misunderstanding when I called ahead to schedule my appointment in reference to what I was looking to get. The hair stylist was accommodating and did the best with the situation. I wish I had remembered her name, but she did a great job. Good place to go for a decent price.

Overpriced for the quality of the cut I received. I showed the “stylist” a picture of what I wanted, and she still couldn’t get it right. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Took my 19 month old son here for his first haircut. McKayla was very patient with him and knew exactly what “look” she was going for even tho I told her to just “make him look like a boy again” lol. She even cut a curl off and put it on a “certificate” for us.

My usual place for numerous years. Seems to be hit or miss with quality lately. When prices were more realistic, I felt that my tip was more than enough. Prices are up again, and services have declined. I now find it no more competitive than others in the industry. Half of the list of includes were provided. Have to deduct a couple of stars since services seems to be declining.

My husband and two little boys see Marisa for their haircuts here and she is PHENOMENAL! So friendly, always making sure we’re satisfied with what she’s doing and great with the kids, which is a big plus! She always does a great job, regardless of what we ask for when we come in. Friendly service but I asked for my sideburns to not be touched and she mowed them way down. And went too high up on the fade. Didn’t really listen to what I was asking for, just gave the basic what she thought I wanted.
