My husband and son come here for their cuts and wax. My husband has for the last 3 times shown up on time for his cut and had to wait 10-15 minutes to even get seen. Its the day before picture day and we were on our way to my son’s appointment but we were running a bit late. When we get there CORTNIE (my sons regular barber) literally sees us walk in, and decides to take the guy who was a walk in waiting to check in in front of us and when I go to check in she says “I only have a 5 minute grace period so I moved on” and she literally turns and walks away from us. We were 7 minutes late. She didnt try to see if she could fit us in a different time slot or anything. Just a “too bad so sad” for you attitude and walked away. What kind of a person can be that rude to a child and his mother because we were running a little late. We will NEVER return to this place. The service has been awful in so many ways and that was just the final straw. BE WARNED

My son has been going here to get his hair cut for 8 years now, since he was 12. They always do an excellent job, and give a little massage too which he likes. The only issue I’ve ever had is when my ex husband and I divorced and I had to start taking my son myself. They would ask how I wanted his hair cut and I didn’t know at first. I told them to do it short and what they thought would look good. It was amazing, so i asked them to put in the notes on his account what they did. They didn’t. Seven years I’ve been doing this with them, asking them to put it in the notes and they say they did but they didn’t. Every. Single. Time.
