I tend to put off getting my haircut. Sonja did a lot of work on me, and helped me out a ton. Her attention to detail and opinions helped me to get a better outcome from my visit. I’m sure some people including myself see the price of the services, and with the way things are, for some, it can be a lot. I’m just here sharing that I kind of agree, but the service and friendliness and work they put into these services really makes it worth it at the same time. If you want to invest in great service/improvement for yourself, this is the place. I think it’s 100% worth getting an appointment and coming in.

You need an appointment, but don’t expect to get your hair cut anytime around your appointment time. I physically checked in for my 3:30 appointment at about 3:27. There were 3 stylists present. 2 were busy cutting hair. At 3:45 only one stylist was cutting hair, and the other 2 had disappeared into the neck room without a word. The stylist that I had been assigned was still visibly in the middle of a cut/shampoo with a client. I went across the intersection as a walk in and had my hair immediately cut. This is the second time this appointment nonsense has happened to me here. This is clearly a business flow/operations problem. I wish this shop the best of luck.

I have been to this shop for years. Not all the haircuts are created equal, but that is to be expected. But this time during my cut I was asked how I wanted my neck trimmed. Square, Round or natural. I decided to try natural thinking it might blend in more. After my 12 minute haircut (which felt like a sheep being sheared and sent out) I was charged an additional $8 for a “skin fade”. First I have ever heard of this. I asked where that was listed, posted, communicated… and was told it’s not… but its a new charge. I’m generally mild tempered, but I cannot stand when a business does shady things like this. If you have a NEW charge, try explaining that when you offer that service to people. I would have gladly declined.

Come here if you want to get 2nd hand smoke from your barber fresh off their smoke break, and a horrible cut. They shear you like a sheep in under 15 mins and expect you to pay 30$ plus a tip. Place used to be the best in wilsonville but now they hire washed up 50 year olds who haven’t been to barber school.

The lady’s in here had a lot of attitude about me having long hair going to a short haircut charged me an extra 15 dollars than they were supposed to didn’t cut my sideburns even and left long hairs on my neck beard had to go back over it again and this has been a issue multiple times 100% do not recommend if not just for that but for the stank face the other lady gave me as I was checking out this place is a scam factory take your business elsewhere because I know I will.

We made an appointment through their official website at 10am for a kids hair cut with the manager Isabel ( for a 2 year old) we were on time, 15 minutes early in fact- we made it before the guy in front of us . There is a reason I make appointments for my toddler vs just walking in, because he doesn’t sit for long periods of time. When we arrived at least 3 people were walks in. Isabel took one of the walk ins, instead of our scheduled appointment. After 10 mins of waiting, I asked the status because my little guy was getting antsy. Isabel came up and was confrontational and said “I have to take the first person who walks into my place” I was pleasant and said – we had an appt and tried to explain why we made an appointment in the fist place (toddler who will not tolerate waiting long) she then explained – well the online scheduling shouldn’t be and we are working on fixing that( which didn’t make sense) and then said “next time make the appointment at 10:30 and not 10” which didn’t make sense either lol. Little does she know – that my husband has been there a couple times as a walk in and was told by her that he needs to make an appointment online. So she contridictes what she says and clearly need re-do how they do business. If you make an appointment that should be priority. Bottom line- we walked out and will not return and will not suggest this location. this was the boonesferry location.
