Went in expecting a premium experience prior to an important event and got Super Cuts. Haircut was 10 minutes max, involved mostly clippers, and was poorly blended. None of the extra services advertised online were offered despite being purchases on line (i.e. shampoo, neck trim, etc.) were not offered. Finally, they are very reservation focused and wait times are long without one, yet the shop is typically empty with 3-4 barbers standing around. While I was in, no other customers came in yet the receptionist said their next slot was several hours out. Staff was friendly but otherwise mediocre all around. Will not be back.

This is our favorite location. The ladies always listen to my 12yr old and treat him like the customer rather than only talking with me like other places. Wish we could make online reservations, hoping this will be a change in the future.

Not the best visit. I’ve been here 5 times in the last few years and I’ve never had the same stylist. The first few times were decent but it seems to have gotten worse lately. This time I got the manager or owner. It was a 5 minute haircut. She cut a good bit more off than I asked and could tell I was not real happy. She immediately started making excuses. She said it would look better after a shower. I didn’t even know how to respond. I probably won’t be back.

For me a haircut is a form self care and an intimate process where you allow someone to put their artwork on you. I had never been to this location before so I had no idea what to expect. From the moment I walked in everything was perfection. The hellos and smiles(from behind the masks) and even the music was awesome. It was like going into and old time barber shop ran by some really cool women who made me feel like I was chilling with some homies. Furthermore my barber Jessica was engaging, talented and funny. She honestly helped me feel better as I was having a pretty rough day. Probably the best all round barber shop experience of my life! Thanks for a great haircut and beard trim with a boost of self esteem.
