Going to a chain barber shop, I didn’t have high expectations and I am not even upset, I knew what I was walking into. Review said Chase is “best barber on the west coast”. I think that may be incorrect. Chase was very nice and no issues with scheduling/timing. However, my haircut is pretty sloppy. He rounded the sides making my face round, line-up was pushed way too back and the fade was not blended, the transition line shouldn’t be visible. 20 mins for a skin fade, that’s too little time, you can tell it’s rushed to get folks out the door. I booked the premium cut ($31) but received/charged for the standard ($27). I guess no one prepared the hot towels? Advice- cut base on the clients head shape, put some finesse and PLEASE blend that fade.

I scheduled an appointment and got stuck in traffic while on the way. I called and said I’d be 10 minutes late and I was told that would be okay. Upon arrival I was told that I’m late and I would have to reschedule, since it would interfere with the next client. Very disappointing. I understand being busy, but then communicate clearly and don’t waste my time by letting me drive out from Portland just to tell me I need to reschedule.

Have never had a bad haircut here, no matter who cuts my hair. I tried out the Barbers in Sherwood after Great Clips was not giving me good haircuts. Always exactly what I ask for and for the most part the staff is friendly and thoughtful. The atmosphere is also superior to Great Clips, and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a consistent haircut that is exactly to your preferences.

Hands down our favorite place to go!! We’ve been coming here for years and years as a family!! My 6 yr old always wants to see Suzie!!!! I can see why! Everyone is friendly and amazing. Most of the time i don’t even need to tell Suzie what to do, she just knows!!! I’m grateful for her and her team!! Haircut

I have been going to The Barbers for a few months now. Suzie cuts my hair and she always does a fabulous job. I am a 68 year old grandmother who likes a good spikey style. With Suzy it is always perfection. Everyone is super friendly and I am grateful to my son-in-law for recommending the The Barbers to me. The price is right too. Thank you Suzy for the great cut. I love it.

So, the haircut was great Justine, but way too short for what I asked. I would have said something at the shop, but you never really know until you go home and look in the mirror. I asked to only take what was needed off on the top to make it look good with a 1 on the sides to blend. You took a LOT off of the top, and it does not look like a blend, but just a super short haircut

Over the shop was great! It was quick and easy to get an appointment, but I was disappointed with Chase who did my sons hair. It was done within 10 minutes and he didn’t even blow the hair off his shirt. There was no vacuuming or massaging. Something my son looks forward to. We’ll be back, but preferably not Chase.
