Terrible haircut, made worse by the fact that the barber refused to look at a reference photo (I offered 4 times.) When I raised concerns mid-way through the cut, instead of hearing me out, he pointed to his barber license and told me to relax. That was a mistake. I was so shocked by my hair that I dropped the hand-held mirror.
