Horell is the best barber I’ve ever had. He is dialed into the details to give a great cut but doesn’t take too long and is always a riot to chat with. Nothing worse than leaving the barber shop with a cut you hate and I leave here so happy with my cut every time. His skill is clear in the way he does his high quality work so effortlessly.

it was a good experience. i was a little hesitant as i have a pretty long beard. tj did an excellent job , got the beard trimmed up nicely didnt remove muchof the length, haircut was basic but it looks good. highly recommend tj if you have a beard

I had been to this shop once at their prior location just down the street, this was my first visit to the new location and I was not disappointed. After my cut, I looked and felt so much better. The barber was personable and definitely paid attention to detail to give me exactly the cut that I asked for. The shop is clean and comfortable, and the staff are great to talk to. I don’t think that I will be going anywhere else, this place is great.

Ask for Maddy. She hasn’t disappointed me with a cut once. I ALWAYS have a guy cut my hair but had her one day when my barber left and Zhe gave me the best cut I’ve has about 12 yrs! So she’s been my new barber ever since. Highly recommended.. I’ve watched other barbers there and there really is no bad option. All good barbers. Haven’t seen anyone not happy after plus whole crew is very cool and easy to talk to

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going here for a couple years now and they’ve never disappointed. I’ve been going here for a couple years now and they’ve never disappointed. I went in yesterday for my appointment with Maddy and she did an amazing job, she took a little longer than a normal haircut but that was totally fine because I could tell she was really taking her time and focusing on all the little details to make my hair look perfect. I will 100% be back soon.

Critical: ProfessionalismBooked an appointment with Maddie 1 month in advance, apparently she had some emergency and needed to abruptly take time off but I wasn’t notified so I drove out to Beverly on a Saturday morning for absolutely nothing. One of the barbers tried to make it right and get me to wait 40 mins, as he had someone who just sat down in his chair but I declined because I had plans that day, I didn’t have time to wait around AND THEN sit down for a haircut, wasting nearly 2 hours in a barber shop on a Saturday morning is not what I had in mind when I scheduled my cut a month in advance and should have been notified the barber I had an appointment with was no longer available. I am sure they would have been quick to charge me a fee if I didn’t show up or call, it works both ways. Just really unprofessional on their part. Booked an appointment with Maddie 1 month in advance, apparently she had some emergency and needed to abruptly take time off but I wasn’t notified so I drove out to Beverly on a Saturday morning for absolutely nothing.
