Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAmazing haircuts as always. Last time I went, I actually had an unexpected episode and passed out on my way to the bathroom. They picked me up and carried me to a couch. I was given a cold wet rag on my forehead and cold water to drink. They were genuinely worried for my well-being and basically nursed me back to health and even finished the haircut later when I was ready. They even offered me to call them when I got home to make sure I made it. Truly great people and I love the cut Amazing haircuts as always. Amazing haircuts as always. Last time I went, I actually had an unexpected episode and passed out on my way to the bathroom. They picked me up and carried me to a couch. I was given a cold wet rag on my forehead and cold water to drink. My experience was delightful. Real friendly & welcoming environment that makes you feel like you been a customer for years. One of the perk of coming is the diverse conversation you made walk into from sports to Netflix shows or just simply jokes being said between customers & barbers. Plus all 3 barbers know how do what they getting pay to do, so no worry about getting your hair messed up by no inexperience barber. If a good cut & good customer service what you looking for this the place to go.

Critical: PunctualityI called yesterday and made an appointment for my husband for today @4:30. We arrived @4:28p. We waited 15 minutes and then left. I was going to wait til 5p but my husband wanted to only went 15 minutes after the appointment time. I work in a salon so that’s probably why I’m a little more sympathetic but this was a poor first impression. It really doesn’t matter what the excuse is.
