I have been taking both my boys to The Barbers Club SB for about a month now, all I can say is Anthony is my go-to barber. He always executes my boy’s haircut. He is gentle and precise when it comes to cutting their hair. The ambiance in the shop is very welcoming. The gentleman there keep the place clean and sanitize their tools they use. I do recommend The Barbers Club SB.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI don’t even know where to start. Took my 7 year old son to get a haircut today which in turn resulted in a butchered nightmare. Went into panic mode and ended up calling the Barber club who told me to come in even though they already were done accepting walk ins. Drove down there, waited very shortly and Mark called us over to help us. I explained my situation and was already expecting him to not be able to do anything with the mess but just wanted the lines cleaned up. Mark ended up giving my son a whole new hair cut that was above any expectation I could have ever had. He did an amazing job. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing, very positive and held great conversation, made us both comfortable and we felt so welcomed. The shop was nice and clean and very professional and genuine. We will definitely be returning customers. Went into panic mode and ended up calling the Barber club who told me to come in even though they already were done accepting walk ins. There was no call received ahead of time to let him know that the barber wasn’t going to be available. What bothers me is that after leaving his review they had the audacity to call my son saying that he made a fake account to leave a bad review. If it was fake how did you get his number?! & Why didn’t he receive a call about his appointment being cancelled?! Backwards! Then to think that they offered a discount when he missed money to spend money as if that was a remedy to the problem. The remedy is better customer service.To top it off after I spoke to him as a reply to his call he hung up in my face. If we’re going to speak about disrespect make sure you mention that.
