We had a horrible experience this afternoon. I brought my 11-month-old in for a trim. The owner was great at interacting with my son, introduced each shaver, was patient. Once he started to spray my sons hair, my son began crying. When he started his shaver, my son got worse. The barber was still very good with my son. I KINDLY, calmly, with full respect, asked, “Would it be possible to just use scissors? I think the noise is scaring him.”

I wouldn’t recommend going here. I asked for an inch off the top and a fade on the sides, but he just kept cutting my hair shorter and shorter. The back of my head is literally bald and he made the top of my head so narrow it ruined the whole haircut completely. Hair grows back but I’m guessing it’s just a lack of experience. The barber didn’t say a word either so you just sit in silence. He was the bald guy with a long beard and tattoos. Customer service is horrible, save your money.

Negative stars! My wife wanted a low skin fade and the top NOT TOUCHED! Half the top of her hair is 3 inches long, the other half is 7! She also got a high fade! If you don’t know how to do this kind of style, then give the client to someone that does! Simple. The bald guy with the beard and glasses needs his licenses taken away! I could of done better then this and I’m a cosmo, not barber!!! The owner “fixed” it (blended the top and made it all one length) and give us our money back.

Critical: QualityI thought I found a barber that I could count on……To be fair I had two failed cuts and still tried another barber in the shop. You need to explain like a barber to get the cut you want otherwise they just cut until they are happy. You cant put it back on but you can cut more off.I took my son (18) today for the first time and he even showed them pictures of his last haircut that he really liked. I asked for 1 inch off and the guy cut off half of my hair length, he cut off about 3 inches of hair, the sides and back were shorter than what I wanted it by a half inch, but they were okay.
