I had an appointment for 330, arrived 5 minutes early the barber was still with a customer. I kind of waited for a minute and the barber never acknowledged me. I took a seat in the waiting room, 15 minutes or so go by and still no acknowledgement and now we’re 10 minutes into my appointment. Still not a word so I left. He lost four customers today because of this. Never again

Been going to Jonah for years. Moved to GB area and tried multiple barbers before I found him, haven’t looked back. Clean cuts, never leaves a straggler, I don’t even need to check his work because he cares about how I walk out more then I do. Great conversationalist, remembered our first conversation after my first cut, made me feel like I was NOT just another butt in a seat.
