Ash Beardslee is by far the best Barber/hairstylist I’ve ever had. I went here in a whim because someone recommended this place. The Barber shop has that fun uppity vibe you seen in movies. With random pictures and with my bad terminology and description she knew exactly what I was looking for and nailed it. It’s my first time ever being excited to get my hair cut. She took my personality into account which I didn’t even know was a thing. I’ve been coming back for almost 2 years. Just one of those people who you hope gets the recognition they deserve for the effort and care they put into their profession. Would give more stars if I could.

I had been looking all over town for a barber shop that I could make an appointment at relatively quickly without having to deal with annoying walk in wait times. I stumbled upon this great little shop, and I’m so glad I did. The shop was clean and very well lit and had that great little barber shop atmosphere to it. I had made an appointment with Mads (Madisen) the day before and was greatful to be able to make am appointment so quickly. Madisen was super friendly and quickly figured out exactly what sort of cut/style I was looking to get. I really wanted to switch things up and try a style that I’ve never had before. I chose to get a low fade cut leaving my hair longer on top. Madisen spent a ton of time with my haircut and never seemed to have to rush, which was great because I felt like she was doing everything she could to give me the perfect haircut! I am super happy with how my low fade haircut turned out and I will most definitely only be coming back to The Barber Shop from now on ! I would strongly recommend getting your next haircut at The Barber Shop, and definitely recommend giving Madisen a try, I promise you won’t be disappointed (I know I wasn’t )! All in all this is a great little barber shop with tons of barbers to garuntee you find someone you’ll be happy with. Definitely my new favorite barber shop in town!!

I am new in town and was (and am still, even after this appointment) looking for a reliable barber who I can trust to cut my hair without any difficulty. This was the first shop and barber I selected and I was less than satisfied with my experience, especially considering that I paid $35 for the haircut and added a $7 tip… out of courtesy alone. I booked my appointment with Ashlee Shoell. She’s a nice enough girl, but I have a few complaints.

The worst men’s barber I’ve ever been too!! I booked Jesse and she butched my hair so badly that it makes sense why she had availability in the first place. If your a guy and need a good haircut DO NOT GO HERE!! Once I told her she cut my hair way to short… which looked like a military buzz cut and nothing like the image i gave her , she then argued that I was wrong and told me to leave after ripping off the protective cover and paper neck barrier. It stated 40 mins for a haircut but she finished in 20!? She didn’t give me a nape shave or a shoulder massage which is stated on there website to be included in a men’s haircut?!?! I will never go here again all! Jesse is a one trick pony that can’t cut hair.

The Barber Shop is the standard for a spot on trim, cut, wash, you name it. I went there years ago and I haven’t gotten my hair cut anywhere else since. Staff is welcoming and friendly, and they all have great stories to tell. I will always recommend The Barber Shop!
