I’ve been looking for a quality barbering shop since my barber of a few years left town. I made an appointment online the day before for 10am, and arrived to a locked door, which makes sense because they open at 10 and I was a bit early. Finally, a lady comes to the door to let me in but like unlocks it and walks away, I walk in and stand in the lobby — “do you have an appointment?” I say yes, I booked online yesterday for 10 am today. She says for me to have a seat. Another gentleman walks in and she asks him the same question. He says yes. She then says to me that if I didn’t get an email confirmation, that I don’t have an appointment and that maybe she could take me at 1:30.
