I went there today and was well-respected by my barber, Ronnie. Ronnie spent more time cutting my hair than anybody in my entire almost 65-year life. I got a great cut by a man who treated my hair like it was his own. This is a good place to get your hair cut and even though this week’s weather has treated them badly, I encourage you to go there. Ronnie, I will be back!

This was my first time at The Barber Room and it is definitely worth checking out if you are in Fort Smith and surrounding areas. The look and feel of the shop gives that classic vibe that makes you want to be there and the staff makes you feel at home. All of the barbers had clients during my visit but they continued to put pride and effort into their work and take time to get to know their clients instead of making them feel rushed. The owner’s passion for the customer experience sets this establishment apart from the competition as he personally takes ownership of customer issues to make sure they are satisfied.
