There was only one other barber shop when I was in college that could actually cut my hair the way I wanted to, and that was 4 years ago. Since then I’ve been bouncing around trying to find one I’m happy with, while generally it ends up I go, they take an hour doing something I didn’t ask for or mold it into something they’re more comfortable with, and I pay them (sometimes prices varying by $10 or more for the same haircut) and walk away feeling annoyed that it wasn’t done right. Ariel has a consultative approach to your first time there and actually listens to what you want, and will ask questions to clarify then absolutely crushes it execution wise. Ecstatic about my experience there, the price is fair ($25 clipper + scissor cut) and for the first time in 4 years I walked away feeling 100% satisfied by the cut.

Ariel is one of the best barbers I have ever known. Being in the military, I move around every 3-4 years and always have to find a new barber since leaving my hometown. Ariel reminds me of home everytime I go in. He is professional, can cut anyone’s hair (ANYONE!!), and always listens to his customers and gives us what we need. We took our 2 year old AJ to get his hair cut and the owner of the parlor did amazing. He was good and gentle with him. He knew exactly how to keep him calm. AJ sat there after a little whining, watched cartoons and let him clip away. His hair is out of his eyes and his hair looks so clean and amazing!
