If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I would. Mr. Burt’s hair is very uneven and he looks like an egg. We are all very upset about the loss of his luscious locks. He is even getting bullied by his students and his work colleagues.

Sent my 13 year old in for a haircut because the place across the street was packed. He came out 30 minutes later with his hood on. They had absolutely butchered him. He wanted it faded up the sides and to keep the length on top. It amounted to a bowl cut under his longer top, no fade at all. My son said he asked them to smooth it out a bit and the guy told him he had let his hair grow too long to get what he wanted and sent him out looking like that. Drove immediately to great clips and they were able to fix it to exactly what he wanted.

I’ve been coming here ever since this shop opened, and I have never wanted to go anywhere else. Jim has always treated me like family, and his cuts make you feel like you’re on top of the world. He is a master at his craft, and always has an expert input on how to achieve the best personal cut, trim, or shave. The environment is full of jokes, laughter, and good energy. On the business side of things, everything is spotless and perfectly maintained. Cleanliness is key, and these guys know their stuff. It has an old school barber shop feel with a modern touch. They also have an array of many different high quality hair and beard products. At this point, I just sit in the chair and let Jim do his thing. Hair cuts are one thing, but trust is another. If you want a barber shop you can trust, look no further.

We love Jim and crew at the Barber Parlor. No matter what time of day they immediately respond to us and most often fit us in on the same day, unless he is booked solid. They are very personable and always interested in talking to my 10 year old as they cut his hair. He looks forward to going to see Jim!!!

The Barber parlor is the best barber shop around and I won’t go anywhere else. Everyone there is always willing to stay late or come in early to work around their customers schedules. I’ve been going to The Barber Parlor for about 4.5 years now. The shop has an old-school feel with modern comforts, like leather couches and TVs, so you can hang out before or after your cut. The place is always clean, prices are more than fair, and Jim and crew never fail to keep you entertained while you get the best haircut around. Two years ago I moved about an hour away, but still travel to see Jim for my haircuts. Once my son is old enough, I’ll be bringing him with me as well.

The Barber Parlor is a respectable place. It’s clean, friendly and professional. I’ve brought my son there twice so far and my little five-year-old boy has a very short attention span, however they were awesome and patient with him. If I was a dude I would get my haircut there.
