I called in on a weekday around 3PM for an appointment. They said they’ll help me as soon as I walk in. I went inside and all the barbers were cutting hair except for one who looked asleep. I walked to a chair and took a seat alongside a few people waiting to get cut as well. My mistake was not letting anyone know that I had just called for an appointment. Long story short, Miguel: let someone know you called next time. Luckily, the barber who was asleep (he was actually waiting for me) was cool enough to still cut me even though I had him wait for 20 minutes. I requested a high bald fade with a 3 on top. My barber, Ty, cut it exactly how I imagined it.

Been here before and is good but I called them today and told me I could just walk in at 12noon, got there before 12 and told me they don’t accept walk-ins. Waste of time. Make an appointment before showing up and don’t only walk in.
