We booked an appointment with Tim, and we were more than impressed. Tim was very personable, professional, and focused on the clients needs. I truly appreciated that he took his time and made sure his haircut came out exactly as he wanted. My boyfriend and I just moved to the area. I was recommended by a friend at work to try Morali Barber House. We booked an appointment with Tim, and we were more than impressed. Tim was very personable, professional, and focused on the clients needs. I truly appreciated that he took his time and made sure his haircut came out exactly as he wanted. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Tim, it’s wonderful to meet a professional who takes pride in their work.

Critical: QualityYesterday around 4:45 pm I went in to get my haircut as a new customer with the barber name “James”. When I called in I was told it’s 20% off for first time customers. James was a nice guy, but I honestly can’t relate with him at all. On top of the hair cut I was receiving he wanted to talk a lot about his experience in life (which is cool), but I think he might have gone off the rails too much. I was noticing that other barbers were already taking other clients while James was still cutting my hair. When I finished my haircut, it was 6:15 pm. So it was a hour and a half for just a hair cut. With that much time, I could have gotten at least 2 haircuts with shampoo treatment… on top of it all he also cut me. While I was being rung Jame’s haircut rate is $25, and I was charged $25 with no discount for first time customer promo they had going on. I tipped James pretty well, hopefully for haircut rate at this place, they would provide better business service. I paid all cash and wish I didn’t come here because I wanted this haircut for my birthday coming up because my current barbershop is relocating to Saddle River. Yesterday around 4:45 pm I went in to get my haircut as a new customer with the barber name “James”. When I called in I was told it’s 20% off for first time customers. James was a nice guy, but I honestly can’t relate with him at all. The guy that cut my hair I guess was new to the industry. He seemed not too sure about what he was doing and even when I explained he looked confused. Even though he was confused he continued to cut my hair without asking to explain or anything. I spent an hour there getting a haircut and it still wasn’t long enough for him to do everything that I usually. Most barbers I go to have cut my hair within in 30-35min. I will most likely not be going back and would prefer to drive 30min away to a different place.UPDATE!: Since my last haircut the owner Josh reached out to me to touch base on what had happened. He was extremely professional and apologized for what happened. He offered to have me come back so that I could have a different experience with him. It was a pleasure getting my haircut with him and knowing that he takes feedback well so that his business can continue to succeed. I appreciate his work ethic as well as his desire to help clients with a good experience.
