My hair cut was not to my satisfaction, I had to return to have it cut rite and it still wasn’t the way I asked her to cut it, she was in such a hurry and was not paying attention to what she was doing, she was looking over her shoulder to see what was going on behind her, I gave her the opportunity to see how my hair was cut, all I wanted was a trim, she kept insisting my hair couldn’t go that way, I’ve been wearing it like this for years, anyway I won’t go back, I had a special occasion that night and I was not happy! In this covid 19 world we live in they are very protective of the customer and themselves. They don’t even wash hair unless you are getting it colored or dyed. I miss that. I’ve been going their for 15 years or more,reasonably priced, clean and friendly service. I also had my goatee trimmed which was interesting. Have been and always will be a repeat customer.

Been going here for many years now due to the fact the staff stays consistent. When I get my haircut I can count of the same stylist being there the next time as well. This gives me peace of mind knowing I won’t have to have someone new cut my hair hoping it will turn out ok. I also cannot recall ever getting a cut that I haven’t been happy with. Lastly, I appreciate the fact that walk-ins are welcome as I don’t always have the luxury of making an appointment.
