Highly recommend! I live out of town, but I’m in Dallas to visit family, and my hair desperately needed care. I wasn’t sure what the issue was but could tell my hair wasn’t as healthy as it’s been before. Chad (stylist and co-owner) immediately recognized the problem, gave me the treatment I needed, and even shared advice on how to care for my hair and what he would do next if I could come back in 6-8 weeks. At this shop, your hair is taken care of, and your spirit is lifted. I left feeling seen, valued, and beautiful. I’m going back whenever I’m in town! He even prayed with and encouraged me when I expressed a problem. It was so clear they cared about the people who came into their building. They didn’t even try to push me to buy their products like a lot of salons can do.

After months of searching I am so happy that I ran across this location! Ashley and her husband were amazing! I have a lot of hair and the way Ashley and her husband takes their time to make sure you not only have a good experience and are comfortable but you get great hospitality. They are a blessing and I’m so thankful that I ran into this location. It felt like family and they did such a great job on my hair. My expectations were met beyond measure. I recommend to anyone. I had a really great experience. I moved to the Dallas area and had a rough time finding someone that could do my hair. After months of searching I am so happy that I ran across this location! Ashley and her husband were amazing! I love what Ms Courtney did with my hair! In coming out of a natural to a silk press. And she was so understanding and listening to me and my wishes and now I have a new stylist. The salon was clean and updated with a lot of new machinery I’ve never seen before. If you have a chance please please go to miss Courtney she is the one stylist I wish I had met some time ago.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityNegative stars if possible…This place is horrible…long story short 2hrs late starting my appointment, didn’t perform service requested ($400)…asked for correction of mistake and was only offered discount on future color service. Posted my review on vagaro booking site and here come the lies. Chad is a fraud…tells me to have integrity and yet he has been far from that during this whole ordeal. Tried to handle things in a respectful manner by coming to him multiple times with my issues and no resolution. Also responded with lies to make himself look good instead of taking accountability, smh. Lies online and said he gave me a refund then when I ask him about when/how I would be receiving this refund he stated he gave me. Then he changes story and says that it was customer dispute! Asked more then once for documentation with no reply…i can show my transaction paying but you can’t produce a refund or supposed “dispute” information because it never happened.
