I booked A same day appointment with Anthony. He did an amazing job. He was very professional, courteous and attentive to my style request. I must say the atmosphere is very professional and friendly. The receptionist is also very professional. She has a really joyful spirit. Everyone made me feel really welcomed when I walked into the shop. If you value excellent service and want to feel welcome please make an appointment. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this barbershop. Thanks again Anthony for doing an excellent job.

Man I don’t usually right reviews but felt I def needed too this time. I just left this establishment after getting my 2 year old son’s haircut. The barber who cut my sons hair made it seem like we inconvenienced him by coming there. His name was Jonesy! In fact before we even got in his chair he made a statement prior to my son sitting down. Something along the lines of “ why would you curse me like that” after the owner of the shop I believe Reggie told him we were waiting. He even stated to me “man I apologize if you felt a way, he’s not even moving he’s doing really well”. I’ve followed this shop online for a while and was looking forward to the experience for myself and my son with this Being his first official barbershop experience. maybe this particular barber isn’t big on cutting kids but still that’s not my problem. With all that being said I still Tipped him and even that interaction was awkward! The total was $25 and I told him take $30 and he looked at me as if he was surprised to even get a tip. Disappointed as I was looking coward to coming here but that will be my last time visiting that shop. Def rubber me the wrong way for sure. I’ll take my business elsewhere. SMH

Let me start off by saying I have been seeing Jonesy since July of 2022 and he has always done a great job. Jonesy has recently moved from his own shop to The Bar Ber Shop. Before it was never an issue with scheduling or cancellations, but now with The Bar Ber Shop I have had one appointment changed to a different barber, but thankfully I was notified the night before. Today 12/19/22 I drove 45 minutes for my haircut with Jonesy at 3:50pm, just to find out Jonesy wasn’t working today and another barber would cut my hair. I was not notified that Jonesy would not be there or that it was being covered by a new barber. Knowing so I could have saved an hour and a half round trip and gas money. I wish I could continue to see Jonesy, but due to the poor customer service and not knowing if my appointment will be with Jonesy when I go so far out of my way, I will have to find a new barber. I would recommend Jonesy, but not recommend The Bar Ber Shop unless you don’t care who cuts your hair and constant scheduling issues.

Being that I have always had my hair razor cut at a salon and it was always a mess lol, I was super nervous and was not sure if I would be able to explain to my barber “Ant” how I wanted the style to look or if he would address my concerns.
