I called this place to make an appointment for my 5 year old son who has a hard time with hair cuts. I requested someone patient. They said yeah sure someone will be available. Didn’t take my name or my phone number and hung up. I am new to Pomona. So my expectations for great costumer service is somewhat high. It says a lot about a business. I was left disappointed. If you know of a good barber where they are kid friendly please let me know.

I got one of the people working there the staff seems like good people but they gave me a bad haircut they cut more of one side and the other side was longer it’s embarrassing that one side is longer then the other would recommend bambino only the other staff I don’t unless u wanna bad haircut the guy never even looked at the front he always cut from the back honestly just disappointing.

I do not recommend this barbershop to no one in the public. This barber shop lacks professionalism. If someone is going to pay 25 dollars for a haircut. It better be with the person they choose. The audacity and the nerve of the receptionist that works there to put you to whomever they want instead of giving you the option is appalling. If you are going to “hook up” your friends and whomever you know instead of honoring the appointment time. Make sure it is not in front of the customer. This is complete dishonesty to your customers who were willing to pay for that amount 25 and give their time for that appointment. This is SHADY business. “You did not specify who you wanted” then maybe when your customer is making an appointment ask them who they want. DO NOT PUT THE BURDEN ON THE CUSTOMER TO KNOW THE PROTOCOLS OF YOUR OWN SHOP. If I can give them 0 stars, I would.
