The young lady that had cut my hair for 5+ years recently relocated. I began looking into different salons to find that special salon again. I read the reviews on the Back Room Salon and decided to give them a try. I walked in, without an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised that they took me right in. Miss Noelle was wonderful and I was treated as if we had been friends for years. Miss Noelle did a fantastic job, listening to what I wanted and she came through. I have found my new special salon. Thank you to Miss Noelle and her friendly staff for making me feel at home.

Noelle gave me the worst cut and color I have EVER had. I came in with a picture of what I wanted. It was brown hair with purple highlights and the cut was a long bob. She complained that it was not the balayage I made the appt for but she would make it work. Side note: I tried to call and change what the appt was for, but no one ever answers the business phone. I should have left right then. She dyed my hair BLACK and washed in purple over a few highlights (I did not know she was just washing the color in). The hair cut is so blunt and uneven. It is a disaster. When I told her I did not like it, she rudely told me that I asked her to dye my hair that color, and that I obviously don’t know what a long bob is supposed to look like To add to the horrible experience, she gave me the rest of the very small container purple shampoo. The lid leaked out all over my bag and ruined it. The next day I text her that I still hated it and that I don’t want to go back to her to try and fix it. I asked her to refund half of my money, and thankfully she did. Her excuse was “Everybody has an off day.” Even my own mother said it is horrible. Take my advice, stay far away from that place, and especially Noelle.

I really loved this hair salon. I took my daughter for a wash and cut they went above and beyond. They gave her braids for the first day of school. I will always go back from now on can’t wait to book a appointment for my hair this week.

Noelle and Amanda are awesome! Love that when you come in here, you are dealing with an expert who confidently shares what you should do or just knows exactly what you want. So much fun spending a couple hours here. My 5 year old also got a haircut and on the way home, he asked “when we can go get haircuts again?” Thanks ladies!!!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Noelle. Every time she does my wife’s hair she comes home feeling beautiful. Noelle treats her hair good so that she doesn’t damage it when coloring it. Her prices are great for the work and the high quality products used. The fact that she offers late appointments is a huge bonus as well; not many salons offer that. Thank you noelle for always being there for my wife and keeping her hair beautiful and healthy.

I’ve been going to Noelle for years and she always dose an amazing job. I haven’t found anyone as professional and reasonably priced as her. I always get my hair done purple and she is the only stylist I’ve found who can give me a long lasting color. I go in every 2 months in between coloring and the purple still looks great when I come back in. Looking forward to my next visit!
