If I could give zero stars I would. My 17yo had her hair dyed today by Tina, she’s trying to go from dyed blonde back to her natural dirty blonde/brown color. After 1 failed dye job Tina said she needed to redo it since it didn’t take. After the second dye job it turned my daughters hair green. Tina said the more she washes her hair the more the green will fade but in what universe do you charge a 17 year old $90 and send her home with green hair?!! I’ve been to Back Porch for years, and I’ll never be back. Time for Tina to retire and stop scamming minors!!

Reschedule me, then still 20 to 25 minutes late, used a dirty brush on my hair, fixed the broken sink while I was sitting there with my head in it, listened to one employee complain about another employee right in front of me, cussing in another area by a stylist, HORRIBLE HIGHLIGHTS, worst cut and color of my life, asked for money back, still nothing in my account. My solution..go to Evan Todd, call the health department and not necessarily in that order.

Gabby did my lashes about 3 weeks ago and, though they’re thinning obviously, they still look pretty decent! Definitely going back for a fill from her continuously! The salon is very cute and everyone is so friendly! Please stay the same.
