I love the Avenue. It has a great atmosphere. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. If u need to cancel or reschedule they’re really good about it. They have everything there u could ever need, from clothes to jewelry and of course all the hair products u could ever need. They offer many services. My hair dresser is Kate A. she is a level 4 and worth every penny. She knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s always happy and upbeat and she’s always training someone who is also very pleasant. I’m very picky and she always gets my hair just right.

I made an appt for a “don’t lift a hand manicure”. All they did was clean up the nails a little and get gel polish. Never got an anything else that was listed in the package. No beads to buff my skin, no massage, no paraffin dip, no masque. Pretty disappointed since this was my first ever manicure. “Aromatic gentle beads buff away rough, dry skin. Nice nail tech! However, my white pedicure got a purple topcoat, and looks strange now and doesn’t match my nails. I paid for a gel upgrade for a manicure a day before my vacation so it would last but unfortunately my nails are lumpy and already peeling. It’s disappointing after being at the salon for 2 hours and feeling like I could have accomplished these results on my own for less time and not such a cost.

Got a lash fill but wasn’t impressed. They only spent 45 min for the whole process, the grown out lashes were not properly removed, and one side was definitely a lot fuller than the other. Overall definitely not worth 80$. I went to a different lash artist afterwords who told me the technique was bad and that new lashes were just glued on top of the others. She knew where I went before I even told her haha and apparently my experience isn’t the first. There are multiple lash artists though and I’m sure each has varying skill levels. Overall the facility and staff are nice. I was happy with my bang trim at least. Not going back though. I just don’t think they’re given adequate time for their clients.

Worst pedicure ever – I booked online with one person and got a different person when I showed up to my appointment. The person I originally booked with was next to me working on a different client (they never introduced themselves either, and no one mentioned I would have a different person when I checked in).They gave me a brand new person that didn’t know what she was doing. I had to remind her to put on lotion, remind her to apply a top coat. Heels weren’t smoothed out enough. Very disappointed!
