I had my nails done by Leslie and I couldn’t be happier!!!! She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, used good products & was clean. She listened to what I wanted. Having had a TERRIBLE experience at another salon not going to name it (located in Burke’s strip mall) Leslie restored my faith in good business practices. I 100% recommend Leslie.

So disappointed. No signage outside. So I had to ask if I was in the right place. Inside it was pretty bare. Definitely need more wall stuff. For want it a better word more frou, frou upbeat pictures. Then I find out that my manicurist had her little girl with her. So she was clearly distracted. And hurried. I can deal with that but when I am expecting a treat for myself by getting a Mani pedi I expect to be treated like I am the only person she is concerned with then. She asked did I want the lotion, did not work on my cuticles, didn’t buff the nails and I had to ask her to clip a long toenail and even up my nails. She barely waited for my nails to dry before she left with her daughter. Who by the way was very good for the circumstances. Just very disappointed in the whole thing. I go to a salon to be pampered and be ‘girlie’ for a while. Did not get that at all.
