My daughter is an upper level gymnast and recently injured her back. Her PT recommended this Spa to aid in the tension and recovery. My daughter had Brittan and she was incredible. She explained what she was doing and the importance of the muscles she was working, to my daughter. She also seemed to genuinely enjoy what she does and seemed excited in being able to help my daughter feel better. My daughter felt very comfortable in her care and I am completely confident in her safety and well being getting a massage there. Thank you for giving my daughter a safe space to aid in her recovery. Its been a long year for her.

Leah is so knowledgeable and really knows what she is doing! I love that she sends a text of different exercises/stretches you can to do help relieve certain muscle groups! Amazing Spa! The best in Cache Valley! I had an amazing experience and I feel so relaxed. I have had massages before that leave you sore but she has magic fingers and is a wonderfully sweet person. BEST therapeutic massage I have ever received, and I know what I’m talking about because I’ve been receiving massage therapy for over 35 years, throughout High School wrestling and a 26 year Army career where I suffered chronic back and neck pain.
