Casey is fantastic. She is VERY professional. She always knows just what I need. Her new location is very nice. I appreciate Cacey and all the times she has helped me out. I can highly recommend!

If I could give Cacey 10 stars, I totally would! Hands down, the best massage therapist around and always so consistently awesome! Highly recommended!!!

Cacey is amazing she always finds where the pain points are and works them out. She definitely has magic hands, and hot stones are the best massage by far.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had been going to The Art of Healing for numerous years; great massages. September of 2020 I paid for 12 massages in advance, as always, with cash and used one. Then appointments were cancelled with no notice and no communication as to why the office was closed for several months. Since then, I have asked twice via text (that were read) and via email for a refund of the remaining 11 massages with no response.***replying to owners response. Had your end of the deal been upheld or there had been some sort of communication regarding appointments that were going to be canceled before making the drive in to find a dark business I may be more understanding; either you can send me a refund or I will take further action and report that you also mentioned with me paying cash that Uncle Sam wouldn’t need to know about those earnings for the year. Seems a bit like fraud collecting money, not reporting it to the government and then not being open, or letting people know what’s going on to be able to schedule appointments.I had been going to The Art of Healing for numerous years; great massages. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have been going here for 6 years. She has canceled on me at least 50-55 times in the six years. Now its to the point of weekly cancelations. As a client I have to give 24 hours notice for a cancelation. The same should apply to her. 95% of my cancelations have been the day of, hours before the appointment. It’s inconsiderate and rude. She makes no effort to make things right. (like apologizing, offering a discount, or thanking me for my bussiness even though she consistently cancels last minute.)She is great at massage but cannot recomend her due to the consistant last minute cancelations.Communication is another issue. I’ll Text her a question and she doesnt get back to me until I text her again with the exact same question. I shouldn’t have to keep texting someone to get an answer to a simple five second response. Part of running a bussiness is answering your phone. She has canceled on me at least 25 times in the past 7 months. She is going through a hard time right now but it gets to a point that you cannot keep canceling on your clients. Some of the cancelations are legitimate but others are not. If you where employed by a company or bussiness you wouldn’t get away with this. With everything going on in her life, the cancellations will continue on a consistent basis. She was downright rude and dismissive to me when I brought these issues to her attention. Just because shes going through allot doesn’t give her the right to be rude. Listen to the past couple of reviews that gave her one star. Its not worth the headaches and frustration. Go to a massage therapist that actually appreciates their customers and bussiness.I have been going here for 6 years. She has canceled on me at least 50-55 times in the six years. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismSame experience as below. Cancelled without warning night before several times without follow-up. I also assumed she was avoiding me due to it being a GC (already had my money). She now claims to be back in business due to vaccine, but she didn’t ever take COVID seriously. She didn’t wear a mask mid breakout before she started ghosting everyone.(website said she would)Seems like she decided she was going to close and now changed her mind so she’s blaming COVID. Do not recommend with her lack of integrity.Same experience as below. Cancelled without warning night before several times without follow-up. Today was my first time with Cacey. I was referred by a co-worker who had nothing but great things to say about her experiences. The location was easy to find. The inside captured a relaxing atmosphere. Cacey listened to my concerns. She treated them and went above my needs. Her technique is one I’ve been searching for for a very long time. I can’t wait to go back to Cacey again and again! I recommend The Art of Healing! I’m going to tell my friends and family to go.
