Saturday afternoon I made an appointment with King Thomas at 4:15 and showed up at 4:10. I sat there until 4:45 without a word spoken to me and finally got up and asked the one barber I saw if he was King Thomas and he said yes. I told him I was his 4:15 appointment and he told me I just need to have a little patience. He then told me if I “canceled” I’d still be charged the “cancelation” fee of 15.00. I sat there 5 more minutes and finally walked out at 4:50. Best 15.00 dollars I’ve ever spent. The bad attitude and making it seem that I should be grateful for even having an appointment with him along with the total disrespect of my time is as bad as I’ve experienced. I don’t have an hour and a half to get a haircut. I don’t recommend this place or at the very least this barber.

Best barber shop I’ve been to in years!! Cleanest, crispness fade you could ask for, and amazing people. Brought my son in for his first barbershop experience. He normally can’t sit still for 5 minutes but somehow sat in the chair, without a wiggle the whole time and absolutely loved it.

I really needed a haircut today (Monday) and went to Collins Barber Shop, they were closed. I went down to Art Of Fades for the first time and it was so worth it! It’s probably the best haircut I can remember getting. T.K. the barber/ owner is awesome and we had a great conversation. He really appreciated my business and made me feel right at home. Do yourself a favor and get a great cut and support this local business!

TK is seriously the best barber in town. This man works his butt off and is there from morning till night. It doesn’t matter if you walk in and there is a line, he will stay open and make sure you get your cut. I can’t say enough great things about him and I encourage everyone in the area to go and get a cut and support the shop. You will not be disappointed.

T.K. cut my hair a did a FANTASTIC job!! I did not have to wait long for a walk-in, my boyfriend and I were both seen quickly. T.K. was very sweet and super attentive to detail. I showed him a picture of a design I wanted and he did not disappoint. I highly recommend going in, my fade and design look amazing. Carlos cut my partners hair and it looks great!! 0 complaints from the both of us and I will definitely be going back.

The staff here is super friendly and pleasant which is what drew me in. My bleached hair was growing out with 2+ inch roots because I’m always so hesitant to try new hair colorists and my usual stylist is now 2 hours away from me. I took my son to have his haircut around 2pm and didn’t got his hair cut at 3:55pm. We wait for almost 2 hours to get a hair cut. Then a gentleman walked in and waited only for 10 mins and got his hair cut done before us, nobody even checked on us. We should have left, but my 6 yrs old son wants to get his haircut done yesterday so we just wait patiently. The place is unorganize, no paper to write down customers names to know your turn or what… It’s a bad experience expecially for a 1st time customer. TK was nice, but that I hope no future customers will experience what we experienced yesterday.
