I found my eyebrow spot here at The Arches. If you enter from the Chapel Hills Rd side of the mall, it will be the first place on your left. It was a quick in-and-out. Threading was awesome and I did the tint for the first time ever and I’m in love. My technician was stellar and she hooked me up with a perfectly natural looking color so I didn’t walk out looking odd. I will definitely be returning for services. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here every other week for years, but yesterday was my last day. I came here for years because you can’t trust everybody with your eyebrows, but with the turnover rate at this store it seems like it’s always somebody new in there. Up until now everybody they’ve hired has done a great job. Whoever the new lady is in there DO NOT go to her. I should’ve known when she held the mirror far away that she messed up. My eyebrows have no arch, no shape, and no tail. When I went to work nobody believed that I had just gotten my eyebrows done. They look atrocious! Out of all the glitz and glam women get done, having your eyebrows messed up is the worst. They’re on your face and the only thing you can do to fix them is to wait yo grow them out. I’m really upset that I now have to find another place to go….any suggestions?
