I’ve been to this place a couple of times and her work far as threading goes was good. I decided to add the eyelash service and that was the worse mistake ever. The lady started to put the lash/glue on my eyelid and I instantly felt a burning sensation….then my eyelid started to seal shut! During this time the lady trying to put rose water on my lid but that wasn’t working. So I pried open my eyelid and while doing so I ended up pulling my real lashes out. So I asked her what type of glue that was and she says her manager take all the labels off the bottles so she don’t know (in which that was a lie because I tried looking over where the glue was it had a label on it but I couldn’t read it). That should be against state law not having the bottles labeled and also I still had clumps of the glue stuck in my real lashes for about 3 days and my eyelid was swollen. So please only go for eyebrow threading and nothing else….please!

I had an amazing experience here with Darshna. She was able to provide me with exactly what I wanted considering it was my first time getting my eyebrows done. She was able to guide me through the process and it really helped to ease the nervousness lol. The overall service was also really good, and I will be definitely be coming back!

I went in today for the eyebrow threading service. Afterwards, I noticed that my eyebrows were not symmetrical. One eyebrow had an arch and the other was rounded. I call to see if they could fix them. I arrive and I’m told that instead of making them symmetrical; that it is impossible because of the way my eyebrows grow in. One is thicker than the other; however, the thinner is more shaped to my preference. I ask her to match them. She doesn’t and continues with, and I quote; “you can go anywhere else, they will tell you the same thing.” I did not ask for that and it was a huge turnoff. She offered for me to come back in 2-3 weeks to fix them for free; however, I don’t think I’m going to take her up on her offer.

Humble with excellent customer service! My mother(one who is hard to please) referred me here over a year ago. Service has been extremely pleasant since my first visit over a year ago. I won’t let anyone else thread my eyebrows. I’ve referred my friends and family to this gem and now they are hooked. The owner is so kind.. she came in on her off day(Monday), to provide service for my son(facial with blackheads removed)!! He felt like VIP, She is selfless and truly here to serve. My next visit I will try lashes!!

I love the arches so much! Darshna always makes my eyebrows look beautiful. She’s always sweet and kind every time I go there. She also has turned the place around too with the nice decor. I would recommend anyone to come here to get all their pampering needs met!
