I’ve been to this place couple times and let me tell you, you won’t regret it. My first time, I had messed and uneven brows and the young lady fixed them so neatly, gave me advice as what to use to grow them fast. Was just there today and she did without a doubt a great job and even better she aligned them beautifully like I’ve not ever had them. Prices are great, no long lines or waiting time,, service is phenomenal and lots of free parking. I promise you that no regrets and like me you will always come back to great service.

I thought they were gonna be good because they have such good ratings, but I should of known better. As soon as I walked in the nice lady told me to sit down and she immediately started to work on my eyebrows and she didn’t wash her hands before she started that was my first red flag. Then she messed up my brows, I had them thick and I walked out with 2 different eyebrows. It only took her like 1 minute. Then she put hot wax on my face and I have a burn mark on my face now. I got the face wax and I woke up with a bunch of bumps on my face!!! Then I got individual lashes and they were so caked on it was embarrassing to walk home. I got home and took the lashes off immediately. Worst $88.00 that I have ever spent.

I was having a hard time giving her a star rate. Nikki is very good at thread eyebrows. But, waxing eyebrows would be a 3 star review. I have done Brazilian Wax and under arm wax and she is not good at it. She doble dips the wax stick, and that is very scary. Only soft wax is used at this place, NO hard wax at all. She left my under arms and intimidate areas very irritated to the point it would hurt to wear anything and even shower.

OMG! Never again will I come back here. I wouldn’t even let her touch my dog. She did my eyebrows perfect. But my Brazilian Wax was horrifying! I’ve got waxes before but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I know this process so well, I should’ve said NO when she didn’t give me a covering while I wait. I’m just out in the opening. I’m literally crying and shaking. The wax was soo hot, I got burnt and she just literally ripped me until I bled. I still got wax on me and it’s still hair down there. As she was waxing me she was very aggressive no compassion what so ever. I thought I did something wrong to her the way she just ripped me. My contractions felt better than this wax! If I could show pictures I would. I knew I should’ve went to my original place Painless Waxing Boutique on Lincoln. Never again! Please go else where. She knew she did me wrong because she let me go free of charge. Why didn’t I read the reviews like I normally do. ( Shame on me!!!! )

I would recommend that you do not use this place for any Brazilian or leg waxing. The girl that did the waxing was awful. Very rough. Every pull was torture. I have done Brazilian and leg waxing many times before and never experienced that kind of pain. When she was done, she left my skin so irritated and she didn’t even do a good job. I had hairs left around but at this point I just wanted to leave. Also, she left wax pieces everywhere. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this place.

When she did show up, she was taking her time on a personal phone call before finally helping me. I wanted my eyebrows waxed which she seemed perturbed about. She did it so roughly, and was so rushed, with a chip on her shoulder and not seeming to care about her work one bit. I looked in the mirror and it was so hard to see if it was good or not since the lights weren’t on in the place, all it was was natural light coming from the windows. Of course I wanted to get out of there asap and left, to notice once I got home all the hairs she missed. My skin was so irritated for hours,, from her being so rough. When she did show up, she was taking her time on a personal phone call before finally helping me. I wanted my eyebrows waxed which she seemed perturbed about.
