I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly than Reghan! I hadn’t had my highlights done in 9 months, so crazy amount of growth, and with my pretty dark brown hair, I walked in asking for blonde. She took the time to listen to me describe the type of hairstyle I wanted, ask questions, and advise on what she thought was the best approach.
