My friend and I had a terrible first experience. I was recommended to this salon by my coworkers. We made an appointment for 12 for two people. They took my friend in first and tried to make me wait after she was done with her nails.I asked them politely when someone would be helping me after waiting 20 min. The lady responded “later” and I told them I cannot wait since I had a 12 appt for 2 people. They were not happy and began to rush us and were very rough doing our nails. The two women doing our nails cut our fingers up with the nail file and we did not get an apology. My friend asked for an almond shape and the woman had no idea what she was talking about. Overall bad experience we will not go back.

I really loved my time there from beginning to end. They made me feel so comfortable and connected well with the clients. I got my eyebrows and face waxed with a french pedicure . I thought the pedicure was thorough and the products they used on my face smelled so good. I usually break out after waxing and I did not break out at all . The best part was the three minute chair massage that happened as I was drying my nails..it was liberating…I will be a regular for sure with hopes that they will offer full body massage one day ☺️

Critical: Quality, ValueI don’t usually leave reviews however today I feel as though I was taken advantage of. After about a ten minute rant from the worker on how horrible my nails look and how I need to stop picking at them (although it is an anxious habit), she insisted that instead of an acrylics set I should get a gel set (an up charge of $10). As a young girl I feel they felt they could persuade me into spending more $ even if the reasoning they used was illegitimate. The worker was quite rough with my nails and seemed she was rushing the entire time in order to accommodate the walk in customers even though I called and scheduled an appointment ahead of time. I love this nail salon & have been a regular customer since they opened their doors. They do a fantastic,professional job with nails & also good pedicures, they are also reliably good with eyebrow waxes (They offer a full array of services, but my daughter has only done eyebrows). I love that they speak in English to each other around customers. They give amazing & long massages, offer a discount for cash, and for children. They are all VERY friendly & warm people. The place is always clean. They take walk-ins, but I recommend calling before you leave your house in case they are booked up.

The worst pedicure I have ever had. I asked if she could make the water warmer and she told me it was fine. The whole thing was very rushed. I felt less than relaxed. If I knew I was going to pay $30 for a 10 minute pedicure I would have done it myself at home. I will never be going back to this salon.

came here to take off my acrylics. lady was nice but she kept persuading me to not take them off at first and to just get a fill, i said i just wanted to take them off. the lady took a nail tip and ripped off my acrylics to the point where i was in pain and my natural nails were ripped off along as well. she continued to tell me that my nails were so thin when the reasoning for it was because of the way she removed them. this is not how you are supposed to take off acrylics. will not be coming back to this place.
