I’m so grateful I found Briana! I came to her after suffering some lingering knee pain and the 30 minute assessment really allowed her (and I) to understand the nuances of my body and how I’m moving, before starting a corrective program. As a yoga teacher and triathlete, she taught me so much about my body and the way I’ve been moving which was fascinating. She kept things simple and approachable, always keeping my best interest at the forefront. I highly recommend her!

I am new to resistance training and needed some help figuring out a training program that was customized for my goals. I want to avoid injuring myself and learn to move correctly and safely. Brianna delivered! She’s knowledgeable and has helped balance previous injuries with starting a workout program. I love that we can also do virtual personal training sessions that focus on corrective exercise. Highly recommend!

Working with Brianna as a health coach was amazing (not just because we have the same name)! I connected with her right away and I loved her approach to health and wellness. It’s not all about physical health, diets, or exercise. It’s more like working with a therapist or friend who hears all aspects of your life that are affecting your overall health and happiness and helps you set goals with those things in mind. She helped to give me the tools to set and stick to my goals even after I finished working with her and helped me realize that reaching my goals was more of an inner work, too. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs some help with goal setting, accountability, and guidance in their health journey.

My son an I were in the Salt Lake area skiing. We were able to get appointments late on Saturday afternoon, our last day. Jen was amazing! I’m a regular massage user and while my therapist back home is very good, if I lived in the Salt Lake area (or begin to spend part of the year here), I’d be a regular customer of Jen’s. She really listened to any issues I had, then asked very helpful questions some of which I had not heard before. I have a few things to talk to my regular therapist about once I return home. Bravo and many thanks!!

Brianna is amazing! The work she does is incredible. From body work, to personalized plans, to connecting health and mind, she is always able to give good advice and help pinpoint issues to keep me healthy and safe. I’ve got hypermobility (potentially hEDS) and the exercises she teaches me that I take home help me build up joint stability so that I can enjoy the things I love to do in a healthier, more stable and pain-free way. She’s also just a great person to chat with, and is great at building rapport. Even when I forget to do my exercises, we always start at a clean slate of “let’s try again this time” rather than me feeling guilty for not staying on top of my exercises. 10/10!!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBrianna is truly the BEST! I have been to other physical therapists and she really goes above and beyond. She takes a very holistic approach and is willing to do research to help you and your specific situation. She has built a program specifically for my hypermobile joints. After just a month of working with her, my body is significantly stronger and more stable. She is extremely knowledgable and will explain things to you in a meaningful way. Brianna combines massage therapy and exercise programs to make sure you are getting the best possible care. She does a great job making you feel welcome, supported, and comfortable. I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with her!Brianna is truly the BEST! I have been to other physical therapists and she really goes above and beyond. I have been to many healthcare professionals including PT’s, chiropractors, doctors, etc… and no one has been able to deliver the results that Brianna Clark has produced. I haven’t been able to do many activities do to pain whereas working with Brianna and doing her program I have been able to introduce running, hiking, as well as many other activities virtually pain free.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThere’s a reason all of the reviews here are consistently five stars…The Anatomy of Wellness does a fantastic job! My first experience was pure luck as I was trying to find an opening for a massage therapy appointment somewhere close to home after tweaking my back at the gym. It was clear from the onset that Brianna was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. While the massage experience was awesome, what piqued my interest most was the CoreEx corrective exercise program Brianna introduced me to – a program specifically designed to identify physical imbalances/weaknesses and then strengthen them with corrective exercises. Not only have I noticed an overall improvement in strength and mobility, more importantly, the nagging lower back pains I’ve experienced off and on are gone thanks to the program. The combination of knowledge sharing to understand how my body was compensating for weaknesses/imbalances coupled with a dialed corrective exercise program/plan has been the perfect formula for me. Couldn’t recommend Brianna and her program more highly! There’s a reason all of the reviews here are consistently five stars…The Anatomy of Wellness does a fantastic job! I was so grateful to find The Anatomy of Wellness after my favorite massage therapist of all time moved away. As a practitioner of an accompanying modality, I am very picky about the quality of care and many of the therapists here have met or exceeded my expectations. I jump around between a few people depending on scheduling and what I need. Hannah’s use of the Hendrickson method was new to me, but I have grown to love it. It goes beyond traditional Swedish to retrain my muscles and the effect seems to last longer. Natalie is great with the deep tissue work! She knows the body very well and I’ve been impressed with her level of expertise. Both ladies are personable, and give me the space to blabber or be quiet depending on the day. You will be in good hands! In addition, the space is comfortable, clean, and inviting.

I’ve been lucky enough to have monthly 90-minute massages with Brianna Clark for the past two-plus years. I’ve had many massages from other therapists over the years and can highly recommend Brianna. Her touch is experienced, confident, and sensitive. Often I feel like her touch is subtly inviting my muscles to relax, rather than pounding them into looseness. I often come away with more awareness of new parts of myself… It’s a more skillful approach than I’ve often experienced. While I haven’t had any chronic injuries to deal with so far, I’ve regularly gone to Brianna with tweaked shoulders or tight neck and hands and have always noticed an improvement in any area I’ve asked her to focus on. She also massaged me during an entire pregnancy and was sensitive and aware of different needs my body had then. I’ve given massages with Brianna as gifts to several of my family members and they all loved her too – my sister-in-law still talks about how she helped her sciatica. Also, I really appreciate the vibe of her office – always clean, nicely lit, good music, with a sweet little relaxation room to spend a little time in after a massage, with beverages and tea and snacks and such. There is an attention to detail and tastefulness throughout the whole experience that you don’t find everywhere.
