Estimation of completion of time was not accurate. Braider ran late. Place needs to be cleaned. Should share different TV programs with clients and not just workers. Offer client water and restroom break. Braider was nice and kind. Place needs to be brought up. Everyone is not ghetto. I hope this review will help the facility to come up. It has potential to be very successful. Hire someone to clean up. Sweep the floor and mop. Use sanitizer. When you drop a utensil in the floor, replace it with a sanitized one.

I called to ensure I could get my hair done before going they told me they were closed but would be open the following day .. I told them I have class that morning, but I would be in that evening they assured me it was fine I called while waiting on my Uber to ensure I could still come because while waiting on Uber they updated close time I was told they were already closed because of snow very unprofessional I wasted money and time I could have contacted another shop.

My boyfriend went in here wanting his locs taken out and then braided, over the phone they said they could do it NO problem. They let him leave with the WORST hair, they wouldn’t even braid it said his hair was “too dry and they didn’t have time”. I went back with him the next day to see if they could just take it all out what they did, they were rude and dismissive. The shop was NASTY I was shocked when I walked in and that’s what I saw. NEVER go here unless you want rude customer service and your hair to look crazy. So so sad this is the type of business they run.

The older lady that works there is very professional and pleasant and very quick with her braiding skills .Younger lady is a great braider but sometimes rude and unprofessional .All and all great braiders.

Shop was FILTHY! Used the bathroom and there was no running water. Older lady had an bad attitude and younger girl stunk so bad it was hard to sit inside the shop. The younger girl stared the entire time and kept walking past me staring into my purse. Made me very uncomfortable. Really don’t see how the health department hasn’t shut this shop down.

This place is over priced and horrible. When you call you will get one price but then get charged anywhere from $20-$40 more than quoted. The staff consists of 2 people from what I can tell (a lady approx. in her 40’s and a younger girl approx. 16-18 years old). DO NOT let the younger girl braid your hair if you choose to go to this place. She is horrible. She braids extremely slow, takes several breaks on your time, and has no personality. She seemed outdone to even have to be at work from the very beginning of the day like she didn’t know she had an appointment with me. The braiding job that I paid for (micro braids) should have taken 6 hours at max and ended up taking 9.5 hours! The older lady braiding hair completed nearly 2 clients (one micro braid like me and the other was a waist length Senegalese twist) in the time it took the younger girl to braid 80% of my hair. In fact, the older lady had to finish her job on my hair because she kept taking breaks (never excusing her self just walking off) claiming she did not feel well during the last 2 hours of braiding my hair. She also left a lot of hair out in the back of my head that she tried to cover it up with other braids but I noticed and demanded my hair be finished completely. The service was absolutely horrid, and the owner even recognized the distasteful job that was performed and acknowledged my visit was probably less than enjoyable. He offered to give me a discount the next visit but trust me I will NOT be going back. I am leaving this long review because they have no other reviews listed and I wish someone had left a review for me to see prior to spending my money at this place. There aren’t many braiding places in the Tulsa area but keep looking because this place is not worth the hassle. Do my braids look good? I would say they are decent. Was the finished product worth the time and money invested? Absolutely not!!! If you are looking for a place to get your hair braided keep looking or make sure you get the better stylist.
