She made me feel comfortable with her bedside manner. She had an aggressive plan for the melasma that I was more than comfortable with taking. Additionally, I was responsible for my at home treatments. I was diligent with my morning and evening treatments. I am a customer for life!It’s been almost 4 months and my skin has never looked so good. It truly brings me joy to show friends and family my before and after pictures. They are speechless. I have never been one to pamper myself until recently this year. I suffered from a stubborn case of malasma, my self esteem had diminished this summer especially since I wasn’t putting makeup on daily to go into the office. The malasma started almost ten years ago with a few brown spots on my forehead. Throughout the years and a pregnancy, the melasma only got worse. I guarantee you will be so happy and won’t ever go to anyone else!!Now, here’s the long detailed stuff about how my life changed yesterday…I have finally found “my girl”, as in the person I am going to for all my future injectables (and I’m sure lots of other fun stuff too). I’ve been bouncing around places for the year I’ve lived here but can’t seem to find someone knowledgeable (or they leave the place if they are decent and I lose them). I found Kim on Instagram and actually won a prize in a contest she ran a few months ago.I finally went in to get my prize and get some Botox. I let Kim know of all my past experiences and how almost always my eyelids end up drooping after Botox (which I started thinking was always going to happen since I already have hooded eyes). For the first time in the last 7 years I’ve been getting Botox has someone taken the time to explain to me why drooping happens and how to prevent it. She took her time and made sure everything was thoroughly explained. She clearly knows her stuff!Now here’s the crazy thing… she only put 4 units in my forehead (plus 20 in my 11’s that are super strong). I normally get 20 units in my forehead and another 15-30 units in my 11’s so I wasn’t sure it would be enough but I knew I could trust her and liked her suggestion that we can always add more (but can’t take away). Somehow in less than 24 hours everything has already dramatically improved. Now I know it can take up to 14 days to show all the results but there is already a dramatic improvement.
