Made appointment for 9 30 am. The salon opens at 9. Got there in time. Entered to an empty front desk. After waiting for 10 min past my appointment time, I said “hello” since I wasn’t greeted and didn’t know they knew I was there. There was no reply, only a comment that I needed to be more patient to another client they were working with before me. Finally at 9 50am, 20 mins past my appointment time I was greeted. There was no apology for the wait time. Not my first visit with an aesthetician either so I know that this isn’t a normal thing to happen.
