I have had the BEST experience multiple times here at The Aesthetic Center. The location is great and located in such a charming courtyard. The moment I entered the facility, I was warmly greeted by the staff, welcoming me in and even knowing my name as this had not been my first time. Their professionalism has been the highest standard I could possibIy want from my doctor and his staff! Dr. Nelson is amazing! I originally went to this office because I had heard the aesthetics were amazing, but now I have transitioned to having him as my primary doctor. I’m SO HAPPY to have found this office. Thanks guys for keeping me HEALTHY & YOUTHFUL!!!!!!!

I was referred to the Aesthetic Center and Dr. Nelson from a friend as a GP or internal medicine doctor. I was skeptical at first since the practice was the Aesthetic Center. First few visits were fine, but you find out that they are definitely more concerned with the Aesthetic appointments rather than the internal medicine. I’ve had billing issues with my insurance that the office wouldn’t fix. They had a call center answering all their calls which was a nightmare since you couldn’t get anyone to call back. And now They won’t even try to accommodate you is you request an appointment that would take 5-10 minutes. I will not be returning to this doctor. My friend and I are having the same issues and have begun looking for a new GP. Let the other reviews speak for the Aesthetic appointments, but this place is pretty much useless for the internal medicine aspect.
