All the ladies are so amazing and very helpful! The owner Julie really took the time to assess my skin concerns and sensitivities. I have been hesitant to get facials/peels in the past because I have had bad reactions. She really listened and recommended products that finally work! My face has improved so much and continues to get better! They also do my brows/waxing and very excited they have laser now. One stop shop!!

I started coming before my wedding in 2019 to make sure my skin was “wedding ready,” and I’ve continued seeing Jessica for facials and Nikki for waxing because there is honestly no place better than The Adara Spa. Went in to address some issues I was having with acne breakouts. One thing that seemed odd to me was that there was no paperwork I filled out regarding my skin or medical conditions which I had to do at other places before getting a facial. However I continued on since Nikki seemed to be nice. The facial was pretty painful. Afterwards, my wife and I were convinced (in hindsight we were more pressured) into purchasing additional facials and a light therapy membership. The problem with the membership is that the spa made it seem like I could use it as much as I wanted but they failed to mention how many other people would be scheduled for the light which made it harder to get an appointment. For the additional facials we paid for in advance, we never received any sort of confirmation (email or otherwise) that they would be scheduled or how to redeem. On one visit I went in with a couple large pimples near my mouth. When I showed them to Nikki (was wearing a mask) she offered to “get them” for me. I agreed, but wasn’t sure what exactly she was going to do. She had me sit in a chair in a dimly lit room and SLASHED my pimples open which hurt like hell. Afterward I still have the scar from her “getting them” many months later. Would not recommend

I have been going to the Adara Spa once a month since March of this year (2021) and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the service and RESULTS that I have received from my esthetician Nikki Clark. She is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! I began treatment for what I felt was the worst adult acne I’ve had to date but as of my latest session my face is almost completely clear of blemishes and break outs are almost non-existent.

Horrible experience. I’ve had acne since I was a teenager, but was able to manage it with a Face Reality Specialist. I moved so I looked for a Face Reality Specialist in the area to purchase products from. I saw that Adara had Face Reality certified estheticians and they had a deal on facials, so I decided to book one. Worst mistake ever. They did not have a good grasp on my skin. They completely changed my routine which resulted in the worst skin I had in 6 years. They also made multiple mistakes with mischarging my card. I deeply regret every giving this place a dime. Please take your business elsewhere.
