The Acne Lab is extremely professional and they really understand skin care. They impress me with their commitment to staying on top of new research for skin and products, and they are very transparent regarding the products they use and why. My skin has seen incredible changes over the last five months. I love Acne Lab because they meet me where I am and coach me along the way. I have had frustrating moments but they help me understand why and keep me focused on my skin goals. I also appreciate that they are direct but kind when coaching. I have found the products and services to be more affordable than I thought they would be before starting, and have found them to be a worthwhile investment, too. This company is great. The staff, the customer service, all fantastic. However, I was here for about 6 months. Paid hundreds of dollars with no results. They do this by telling you they are providing gentle care to your skin to not make XYZ happen and providing all of this (generally accurate) science. This is false. Once i left because I was barely getting results, i called my best friend’s mom who is a dermatologist. She sent me 3 things for free in the mail and BOOM, my acne was gone. Initially that one time cost would’ve been $100, which is what they bill you (and more) monthly for their care. Not saying it’s a bad place, what I’m saying is it’s definitely a scheme to keep long lasting customers and provide consistent profit. It’s not actually there to help fix a problem. Im sure if you have clinically bad acne this would be beneficial, but again if you have health insurance, just go to a dermatologist…?

I was referred to Acne Lab by a former client after my daughter had no success with the dermotologist approach. We are about 1/3 of the way through the treatment and I am seeing improvement! The appointments include a lot of education which is what my daughter needs to continue to take care of her skin. I highly recommend Acne Lab for anyone struggling with acne. It has been a blessing for my teeenage daughter!
