The best of the best. Main Street is lucky to have them! All of my experiences over the last five years have been tremendous. I have seen three different ladies here and the story is the same. They are kind and they listen to what you are wanting done. The one time I tried another salon in the last five years, I paid way more money and ended up back at the 9’s to ask them to fix my hair. Nothing but love for these ladies and this salon.

Terrible experience. Went there to have my hair looked at for a consultation. It was rushed, they said it would take 15 minutes it took only 5. They bleached my hair which was expected, but then dyed it the wrong color nothing how i described to them. They then charged me more to “fix” it, but it was still the wrong color then they proceeded to tell me ways i could fix it on my own at home even though i had gone to the salon for them to do it right. Then they sold me 2 shampoos which wasn’t really even needed, but no moisturizing shampoo for my hair they bleached to death. Terrible place, charged me way too much for things they didn’t even do to my request.

I went to The 9s and the first thing I noticed was the atmosphere..I was greeted with a smile by the hostess and told to wait in the lounge while she got my sytlist, Cristin. My first impression of the 9s was that it is very upbeat and hip. There was music playing lightly and after escorted to her chair, Cristin asked if I would like anything to drink. The white mocha was great and my cut looked amazing! ..was just what I was looking for. Cant wait to come back for my color! Overall, the top salon in slo county with fantastic stylists!
