This is an incredible team. They do outstanding work and whole heartedly support their community. They did free haircuts for the students at Butterfly Ridge. They were sanitary, professional and the hair cuts were phenomenal. The team even stayed late to ensure that all of our students were served. We were so impressed by them that a lot of staff members are changing barber shops!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWent in at 230 pm. Wanted to get my sons hair cut. (A simple 15 minute or less cut with clippers). Stood by the door waiting to be acknowledged. After 7 minutes one guy by the door turned and said”do u have an appointment. I responded no sir. He turned away and went back to talking with the client in his chair.A guy walked in with his son and was greeted nicely with hi sir welcome do you have an appointment? He too responded with a no and was offered to sit down then the barber turned and said I could sit down. I said no thank you I’d rather stand.As I waited I decided to use the restroom as I had stood now for 15 minutes and figured it wouldn’t hurt to go while waiting.In the pictures below u will see the biggest reason I left. Mold in toilet. Dirty door and frame. Door where anyone can see through rooted drywall dirty walls…. So much more… I don’t even need to type any more. Just see pictures.Edit(owner/staff member has not reached out after several attempts to reach the owner of the shop about issue. All the more reason not to go here. They do not care about issues. My 1st time coming here. One of the best cuts I ever got in my life. The barber was very sanitary and thorough. He was very pleasant, professional and attentive. He took his time and and at the end allowed me to see my head from front to back. I will make all my appts at this barber shop from now on. Very satisfied!!

Called ahead of time for a walk in appointment was told the wait wasn’t that long needless to say after waiting over an hour was told I couldn’t be service because they had too many appointments. Horrific customer service skills. Other places around are better and far more professional.

First time there. Tony is an awesome barbers and from the looks of it, so were the rest of them. Had to wait a little but was greeted very soon after arriving and there were plenty of things at this place to stay busy in the meantime. It’s clean and a fun atmosphere. Be sure to drive around back as the entrance facing Patrick St is closed.

Sent my son here to get a haircut. The man in the 2nd to last chair on the left side, completely messed up his hairline and colored it in with a stencil and black spray instead of saying something. Within a few days, my son had big crusty razor bumps on the back of his neck. They were bleeding and were painful and embarrassing for him to go to school. If you still decide to go here, I recommend you either bring your own clippers or ensure that they clean theirs.
