Impressed with their service! I booked an appointment online and it was straightforward and super easy. George did my hair cut, hair color, and styling. He did a wonderful job! He patiently listened to what I wanted. I had concerns regarding using bleach but also wanted a lighter shade. He addressed my concerns and came up with a great solution. My hair cut and color looks amazing! He also did an undercut for me, which looks great. Love his enthusiasm. Highly recommend! 🙂

Book with Jillian for all the best hair services! Regrettably, I was neglecting my hair and my grey roots were coming in like crazy, the color was dull, roots were dark and my ends were split. Luckily, I scheduled an appointment with Jillian! She was friendly and enthusiastic. She listened to my concerns and ideas and shared what she thought would get my hair looking its best. I am so glad I listened to her recommendations. She knew exactly what she was doing and made me feel so confident and comfortable. I absolutely loved the outcome and felt like she transformed me. Jillian is talented and creative and works at a great pace. Not to mention, we had a great conversation and many laughs. This is the best cut, color, style and over all service I have had. Thazar Hair Studio is so well kept, cute and welcoming. I will be going back to Jillian in the coming weeks, and I cant wait!

Though service was fast and friendly, I’m extremely upset at my hair cut… I asked for shoulder length hair cut with a tiny bit of layering so it doesn’t look like a straight cut, with hair in the front a little bit shorter than the hair in the back. The result: the hair at the neck are indeed shoulder length but the layers were done so heavily that the hair on top of my head barely go past my chin. These short hairs are going to take at least 4 months to grow to the length I wanted it. The first chop of the layering happened too fast for me to intervene. I would not recommend unfortunately..

I can’t speak for the other barber George, but I will say my men’s haircut with Jillian was perhaps one of the worst I had. My hair is easy to cut (Caesar on top, and #2 on the sides). She basically shaved the whole back and side of my hair with a #2, rather than just the sides, which made it look like a buzz cut. And then the Caesar on top was uneven, with one side having slightly more hair than the other. Not only that, but she didn’t even trim my side burns. She seemed like she was in a rush to get my hair cut done, even though there weren’t any other customers waiting for me. And to add to that, when I inquired about the 20% off for first-time customers, she said they don’t do that anymore (even though it’s on Yelp). I not only regret tipping, but I greatly regret my experience overall!

I’ve been going to George to get my hair cut, colored, and blow dried for 4 years, and I’ve always left with my hair looking SO good! George is always friendly, on time, and my blow outs last for several days. Online booking is so easy, they are always quick to confirm your appointments, and the location is so convenient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great haircut, beautiful color, and a perfect blow out!
