Just want to shout out a big thank you to Thay and her crew that took care of me this past Saturday. It was my first time there and everyone was so pleasant and attentive to what I wanted to do with my hair and makeup. They made me feel very welcome and relaxed. They are very professional and accommodating. Great atmosphere! They have a free menu that is delicious! They were very personal with me! I truly recommend Hair by Thay salon! What an amazing experience! From the moment you come in they treat you with such professionalism! They are so attentive. And the actual service is incredible. Very knowledgeable and the are not there to take your money. If they feel like your hair is not ready for a specific treatment as they feel it can damage your hair they will tell you and recommend the wait time period and that is something I can appreciate.

Wow! My hair are incredible! 1srt time at Thay but not the last one! My hair was done by Leh and she such an artist! My hair color (ginger) is perfect!!! The salon is beautiful and the staff are too! I’d give them a better review if they were a little more professional. Their customer service is pretty good, but I wasn’t happy to pay almost $130.00 for a simple haircut and blow dry. The haircut was ok, nothing exceptional but good. The blow dry was disappointing.

The day before your appointment her team will send out a text message with detailed instructions of what to do or not to do to your hair so she can achieve the best results during your appointment.
