Made an appointment for a gel manicure on Thanksgiving day with Jessica. When I arrived 5 minutes before, she wasn’t there. I was told she was getting coffee at the Starbucks next door. I waited about 15 minutes & when I sat down in front of her, she said she didn’t have enough time to remove the dip I had on my nails AND do my manicure because she had an appointment after me. The woman who scheduled the appointment didn’t ask if I had anything on my nails, but not all places do so I figured it shouldn’t be an issue ? It’s a nail appointment? Also if you run a little overtime, people are usually okay with it. I have no problem when my regular nail guy runs overtime with his previous appointment. This is pretty standard. I just left and won’t be rescheduling with her.

He’s very quiet and reserved so not a lot of personality, but his work makes up for it. He also listens in terms of waxing my brows and leaves them thick for me. The most beautiful atmosphere. I was greeted with a smile and treated as family. Christian has a true God given gift. I got there with what felt unfixable hair that would have to be cut extremely short. I received nothing less than a miracle. I’m so happy with my results. I’m a forever client ❤️

I had a mani pedi done. The tech (didn’t catch her name) totally ignored me when I asked for a gel manicure. First I asked about dip, which she doesn’t know how to do, so I asked for gel and she agreed. I asked for gel again and even brought her the actual bottle from the wall for gel. She switched it to regular polish. Mid manicure I realized it was regular polish, at which point i didn’t have time to start over. As I walked out, the polish is already messed up. What a waste of time. She was completely unapologetic. And she needs to stop staring at her phone every chance she gets during the manicure. Horrible experience.

I’ve been living in Miami for 6 years and seen numerous stylists, but it wasn’t until I met them that I understood real, next-level talent. Cristian does my Keratin fusion extensions, color and cut. He is a MASTER stylist and 100% current with new beauty options for hair. He’s always trying to latest and best products and techniques. Ryan does my brows and lashes with the precision of a surgeon and I see him every couple of weeks. My entire family and extended friend circle will now only see them. Cristian, Ryan and their team were onsite for my wedding glam and the level of love and professionalism they brought to me and my entire bridal party was mind blowing. The most talented beauty gurus you will find, so blessed they are in Miami Shores!

WOW that’s the first I can say about Ryan’s Work!!! I went to get my eyebrows done (powder brows) and Ryan is Very detailed very dedicated and till they didn’t look perfect he didn’t stop!! The results are amazing my eyebrows looks perfect I can’t wait to go back for my touch up I’m in love with my eyebrows!! I really recommend you go with Ryan.
