Shout out to Trista over at Thairapy…I’m not one to be picky about my hair, but after a bad experience elsewhere and looking to go from long to bob, I needed someone who knew what they were doing. Trista was fabulous – she patiently listened to me while I described what I wanted, humored me as I showed her my Pinterest inspiration, and carefully took her time making sure every detail was right. She communicated what she was doing as she was doing it, which really helped me feel comfortable knowing what was happening. She was confident in her skills which put me at ease, but also included me in making sure everything looked right. I really appreciate having a great customer experience, especially with something as personal as hair. Thanks Trista!

Ask for a trim on my hair, 2 1/2 inches below my shoulders ( yes I measure my hair), here’s what I got: My hair is now 1 1/2 inches above my shoulders, with the exception of a shorter gap underneath in the middle of my hair, 1 inch shorter than the remainder of my now short hair ( so 2 1/2inches shorter than rest of hair) in the back. Looks horrible. Spent a lot of money to get my hair ruined for at least 9 months. This salon is expensive, so think about it.

I had high hopes for this salon, but it didn’t work out. Terribly uneven, blunt, hair cut for both of my daughters. I left without a fuss because I didn’t want to make a scene and was so frustrated with the cut I just had to leave.

I just started going to this salon and I am so happy that I did! The space is inviting, clean and has such a fun vibe! Ashton took time to ask me questions about my hair to ensure she knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut. She gave me such a nice hair cut and THE BEST scalp massage and shampoo ever! To top it off she styled it and gave me beautiful mermaid waves. Obviously I’m coming back and I would highly recommend this salon!

Positive: ValueMy hair is my favorite feature and most important to me (probably weird) but I went to this salon for the first time to see if they could do better than EVERY other salon I went to. I have curly hair so it’s hard to get the perfect cut I’m looking for. I had the pleasure of Jessica (I think) cuting my hair and I wasn’t sure what I wanted or what would be best. She helped me decide what to do and did an amazing job. The stylists are welcoming, very friendly. My stylist in particular, Kellie Webb, asked for a history of my hair. A question I was never asked before. This had me believe that she was also interested in getting to know me as a person which solidified my choice to continue being her client. The atmosphere is comfortable yet professional and the pricing is quite reasonable. I will continue my services at T’hairapy.
