This place is a little bit pricier than other hair salons I have been to, but the price definitely matches the quality of work I get done here. All the staff I’ve met here goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of, and that my hair/makeup is done perfectly. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great job done with amazing customer service. Love this place!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLet me first start off by saying that everyone is so friendly, from the hairdressers to the staff and even from the customers. I feel like it’s just such a positive space and it allows you to feel your very best and feel beautiful because they constantly reassure you that you are exactly that. Aside from the environment, the person who did my hair, whom was named Judy, did such an amazing and beautiful job on my hair. I went from brunette with a little bit of box dye from over a year ago to full on blonde with very beautiful highlights. It only took two sessions to get to the blonde that I wanted to and even within the first session, she did highlights that made me feel confident and beautiful enough to walk out the door even if it wasn’t the exact thing that I wanted. It was a really good starting point to get me to where I wanted to be and I really appreciate the fact that she took her time and made sure that I still look good at the end of the day. What I also really enjoyed was that she was very engaging and made me feel comfortable and made sure that I had water or if I needed to use the restroom that was available. Even the pricing for the hair wasn’t nearly as what I expected it to be. I just truly appreciate how much hard work and dedication she did and I will forever be grateful for the way my hair turned out. It’s exactly what I wanted and for a very low price. So, thank you very much to my favorite hairdresser Judy, and thank you so much Thairapy for creating such a safe and welcoming environment for me and I assume all the other customers. Let me first start off by saying that everyone is so friendly, from the hairdressers to the staff and even from the customers. I feel like it’s just such a positive space and it allows you to feel your very best and feel beautiful because they constantly reassure you that you are exactly that. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe whole staff was super unprofessional and rude, I went in to get my hair done for prom and I didn’t get greeted when I walked in, the girls at the counter looked up at me all confused and when I told them I had an appointment the hairdresser i had scheduled with rolled her eyes and roughly sat me down. She was so harsh on my hair, she tugged on and and pulled on it and was clearly annoyed and in a rush. I showed her a pic of a half up half down style with a braid and she told me she couldn’t do that style of braid, so I asked her if she would do a different style and she agreed. Halfway through her curling my hair she starts telling me she’s gonna do twists instead of a braid, and I told her I wanted what I showed her. When she finished curling my hair she told me she wasn’t going to do a braid in my hair because it would make me look like a little girl. I didn’t want to fight her on it cause her service had put me in such a bad mood I wanted to get out of there ASAP. Also no one wore their masks properly, and they were all very rude. The whole staff was super unprofessional and rude, I went in to get my hair done for prom and I didn’t get greeted when I walked in, the girls at the counter looked up at me all confused and when I told them I had an appointment the hairdresser i had scheduled with rolled her eyes and roughly sat me down.
