Had a Groupon for a gel mani and pedi. Made an appt and was able to get in on a weekend. I arrived a little early but I didn’t have to wait too long. Demi was very thorough and she was not in any hurry to get me out the door. She was very gentle and applied my nail color evenly and neatly. My pedicure was great too. I really enjoyed my visit with her. Place was very neat and everything looked clean.

For the first time in 6~7 years I finally got a trim. Amanda was amazing and professional and cut off all the dead and split ends. She offered excellent suggestions for continued care and is well worth even twice what she charges. Class act, all around great stylist and a consummate star. I will be back.

MUST READ: so I went to this place because of a groupon i bought and it was a good deal. When I was talking to the lady that booked my appointment she said they take off existing gel off with NO charge . So I said perfect and booked my appointment . I go to my appointment with gel on my toes from my last pedicure. When I show up to the salon …. they only have ONE pedicure seat and no water bowl . The nail tech goes to the back and gets a plastic bowl with scorching hot water and puts it on a stool to put my feet it. My feet were on FIRE . I sucked it up and she said “ we charge extra $10 to take off gel “ … this is NOT what I was told on the phone. So I said “ okay but I need to be done at 4:45 the latest ( I had gotten there at 3:30 ) she said ok. Not only did they not have a water bowl , they don’t have acrylic powder or a good selection on gel polishes . When she was scrubbing the bottom of my feet with the yellow hard scrubber for calluses … SHE SCRUBED THE TOP OF MY FOOT. This made me bleed my whole top of my foot was RED and burning . I told her not to scrub my other foot bc I was in pain and that is not what you are supposed to do . My nails turned out okay but my cuticles were very beat up and dry and she took nearly 2 hours to give me a gel pedicure with dipping powder. It has been 2 days since I got my nails done and I have small cuts on the top of my foot from the scubber . I was charged a extra $15 taking off gel and putting it back on when it was included in the groupon . I definitely won’t be going back.

Made an appointment a week prior on New Year’s Eve for a perm. Showed up for my appointment, watched a stylist chow down on some lunch for 15 minutes until she came over to take me as her client. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she said “Oh, I’ve never done a perm on long hair before and we don’t even have the rollers. There’s one lady here that does perms, but she’s not here today.” She also asked me where I usually get my hair done and she had done my hair the last time I was there… Thanks for making me book an appointment on New Year’s Eve so that I had no other options when you let me down. Not sure why these questions weren’t asked when I made my appointment for a perm. Oh, and shoving chinese down your gullet before speaking to clients is rude and repulsive – stank breath.

Just went here for my back to school maintenance Paige did an incredible job with my hair. My highlights look so natural, not chunky like some places. My haircut was perfect and she even made a suggestion to add more volume to my hair which really helped. Shanel gave me an amazing facial. The room was so luxurious and relaxing. Demi did a French manicure and pedicure that was perfect. It was nice to get all this pampering done at one location and a reasonable price with friendly people. I’ll be back!!!
