This salon was very professional and clean. In preparation for a wedding next week, I got an appointment with them easily and quickly, got a balayage, haircut, and color with Nicole. She was professional, thorough, and very talented with color. She made sure my experience was comfortable and was very open to suggestions and questions through the process. I was accused of dishonesty because I just moved to Richmond and could not find the shop. When contacted by a receptionist as I was explaining that I was lost she hung up on me. I was not being dishonest I was lost. That’s no way to treat a customer. I was then sent an email advising me to never make another appointment at your salon. No worries. I won’t. But I will tell everyone I know with curly hair to stay away from your salon. No one deserves to be treated badly. I tried to do the right thing and was not treated nicely.

This place is the best! Melissa is an awesome curly hair styling and cutting expert! I never knew how to properly style my curly hair but Melissa has shown me the way- and I’m never going back! Last night, I had a pedicure with Tammy. The soaking mix for my feet was relaxing and smelled divine. She also removed my ingrown toenails and took her time- the best pedicure I’ve ever had!
